To watch movies or live TV on Elousia, create an account, log in, choose your content, and ensure you have an active subscription plan, as a subscription is required to start streaming.
2How do I subscribe to a plan?
Go to the Subscription Plans page, choose your preferred plan (such as 1 month, 6 months or 1 year) and complete your payment securely via Sentoo, which supports iDEAL, credit cards, and local banks in Curaçao.
3What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Sentoo, which supports iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Sentoo is a secure payment provider that handles all transactions safely.
4Is my subscription automatically renewed?
No, subscriptions are NOT automatically renewed. When your subscription expires, you will need to manually purchase a new plan to continue accessing our content. We will send you a reminder before your subscription ends.
5What is your refund policy?
All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued. This applies to all payment methods including iDEAL, regardless of your location (including EU countries). Please ensure you review our subscription plans carefully before making a purchase.
6I paid with iDEAL from Europe. Can I get a refund?
No. By completing your purchase through iDEAL or any other payment method, you explicitly acknowledge and accept our no-refund policy. This applies to all customers regardless of location, including those in the European Union. All sales are final.
7On how many devices can I watch?
You can stream on multiple devices, but only one device can be actively streaming at a time per account. You can manage your registered devices from your account settings under the Devices section.

Yes, all our prices are displayed in Caribbean Guilders (Cg). The subscription plans are: 1 month for Cg 18.50, 6 months for Cg 92.50, and 1 year for Cg 185.00. A 9% VAT tax is included in these prices.
